Matei’s Salt Cave

Matei’s Salt Cave is the home of Blanchardstown’s first salt cave and provides salt therapy sessions to adults ( 50 minutes ) and children ( 45 minutes ). We aim to help those suffering from respiratory issues including Asthma, COPD, Bronchitis, Emphysema and many other breathing and skin conditions.

Who Can Benefit?

Both adults and children can benefit from salt therapy. Matei’s Salt Cave is an oasis of calm, where you can relax and unwind – you may even find yourself having a little doze – while breathing in the healthy atmosphere.
